1.             The quotation should be addressed to The Honorary Director, Energy Research  Centre, Panjab University, Sector-14, Chandigarh and reach in the office by Speed Post/Registered Post to the undersigned latest by 23rd February, 2015. 

2.             The commercial terms & conditions indicating govt. levies so chargeable (if any) should be clearly mentioned in the quotation. 

3.             The relevant leaflet/catalogue of the ‘Ball Mill’, for which the rate(s) are quoted should be sent along with the quotation. 

4.             The make/model/type or others (if any) should be clearly mentioned in the quotation. 

5.             On the envelope do mention “Quotation for Ball Mill under PURSE Grant”.
